By using Habit King ("the Service") at habitkings.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 to use Habit King.

3. Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or abuse of other users on the leaderboard.
• No attempts to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• No illegal content or activity.

4. Your content

You own the habits and data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that data so the product works (e.g. showing your name on the leaderboard).

5. Service availability

Habit King is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habit King is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
