Daily streaks

A streak tracker where the streak actually pays

Most apps show a flame and leave it at that. In Habit King your streak has a value: every consecutive day pays a bonus of 10 XP per streak day, up to 250 XP, so the longer you hold the chain the faster you level.

How the streak bonus works

Complete at least three habits in a day and the day counts. That triggers your streak bonus: streak length times 10 XP, capped at 250 XP so the numbers stay sane over a long run.

Day 3 pays 30 bonus XP. Day 15 pays 150. From day 25 you are collecting the full 250 XP cap every single day on top of the XP from the habits themselves.

Why streaks beat motivation

Motivation is a mood; a streak is an object. Once the number is visible, the cost of skipping a day stops being abstract — you are not "being lazy", you are deleting a 40-day number you built. That loss aversion is the single strongest behavioural lever a habit tracker has, and it is the reason streaks outlast New Year's resolutions.

Streak milestones and medallions

Streak medallions unlock at 10, 25, 50, 100 and beyond, alongside level medallions, and sit on your public profile. You can also generate a streak share card to post your run — proof beats promises.

Frequently asked

How is the streak bonus calculated?

Your streak bonus is your streak length multiplied by 10 XP, awarded once a day and capped at 250 XP. A 12-day streak is worth 120 bonus XP that day.

What counts as keeping the streak alive?

Completing at least three habits in a day keeps the streak going and triggers the bonus.

What happens when I break a streak?

The streak counter starts again, but your total XP, level and medallions stay exactly where they were.
